What size tree do I need?
Measure your ceiling and take off about 30cm for the stand and the topper. A standard 2.4m ceiling suits the 180cm tree. For a studio, a bedroom or a small flat, the 120cm tree fits without taking over the room.
When will it arrive?
Your order ships from our fulfilment partners overseas, so allow 3 to 6 weeks from order to door. Order by 10 November and it arrives before Christmas. If an order placed by then hasn't arrived by 24 December, contact us and we refund you in full.
Do I need to buy lights separately?
No. Every set uses a pre-lit tree with warm-white lights already on the branches, so there's nothing to string. The Full Room adds a second light set for depth on the 240cm tree.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Our email is on the contact page.
How do I store it after Christmas?
The branches fold back and the tree goes back into its box, so the same set comes out again next year. Keep the ornaments in the inserts they arrive in.
